Salmon Samurai

Salmon Samurai — terms of use

Last updated 2026-09-08.

Salmon Samurai is made and published by PWNR Games. Buying and playing it means these terms apply. They are short because the game is simple: you pay once, you play, and nothing else is asked of you.

Your copy

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for as long as you like. You may record, stream and monetise your own gameplay footage, including with commentary, without asking us. You may not resell the game, redistribute its files, or pass off its art, audio or code as your own.

Where you bought it

Salmon Samurai is sold through Steam, Google Play and the App Store. Payment, refunds, receipts and account matters are handled by whichever store you bought from, under that store's own terms — we never see your payment details. If you want a refund, ask the store; we cannot issue one on their behalf.

Your save

Your save lives on your device. We do not hold a copy and we cannot restore one. Uninstalling the game, clearing the app's data, or clearing your browser's site data will delete your progress permanently.

Data

What the game sends, what each report carries and how to switch it off is set out in full on the privacy page. There are no accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases and no third-party analytics.

Updates and availability

We may update the game to fix bugs, adjust balance or add content. We may stop selling it, and we may stop publishing updates. A copy you already own keeps working on the hardware it already runs on; we do not switch anything off remotely.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is an arcade game about a bear cutting fish — it is not fit for any purpose beyond that, and we do not promise it will run on every device, run without fault, or run forever. To the fullest extent the law allows, PWNR Games is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

Generated content

Some card art, icons, store art, sound effects and the trailer's music were made with generative tools and then selected, edited and assembled by hand. The game's code, design, 3D scenes and gameplay are ours.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version goes up on this page with a new date. Continuing to play after that means the new version applies.
